Who are Zeds designed for?

Our Good Night gummies are for people who struggle with sleep. Whether that be getting to sleep, finding it hard to switch off, waking throughout the night, or just getting a poor quality sleep, waking up tired the next day.

Are Zeds natural?

Absolutely! There's no chemicals here. Zeds use 100% natural ingredients proven to aid in sleep in relaxation. Because of this, they won't leave you feeling drowsy or groggy the next morning.

Who can take Zeds?

Although Zeds are 100% natural, we recommend it only for those 18+. If you are pregnant, taking any other medication or have a medical condition, we recommend speaking with your GP before taking any new supplements.

How long do they take to work?

Everyone is different. Some individuals see improvements from the first night, others vary from a few nights to a couple weeks of consistent use. For the best results, we recommend taking Zeds consistently alongside practicing a good bedtime routine such as limiting screen time before bed and avoiding caffeine within 6 hours before bed.

Is it safe to take?

Absolutely. Zeds is 100% natural and is formulated by specialists using natural ingredients that are proven to aid in sleep and relaxation.

What does it taste like?

Our Good Night gummies taste amazing! They are flavoured with natural raspberry flavouring, with no added sugars.

How many should I take and when should I take them?

We recommend taking 2 gummies around 30 minutes before bed.

Do they contain melatonin?

No they don't. Melatonin is only legally allowed for sale by prescription in the UK. Melatonin also leads to drowsiness and grogginess the next morning amongst other side effects. Zeds is 100% natural so none of that over here!

Orders and shipping

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed. Our orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 who aim to deliver within 48 hours of dispatch, though this can't be guaranteed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will recieve a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order on the Royal Mail website. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we only ship within the UK, although international shipping is coming soon! Enter your email at the bottom of the page to be the first to hear when this launches.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free UK shipping on all orders!

How do your subscriptions work?

Our subscriptions are our best value and most hassle free way to get Zeds delivered to your door. Simply pick your plan, and Zeds will be delivered to you automatically every month, with a discount for being a subscriber! If you ever need to change your subscription, these can be altered, paused or cancelled at any time.

How do I manage my subscription?

This can be done via the 'Manage Subscription' tab at the top of our website.

What is your return policy?
